JIPI operates a marketplace that connects customers with independent local service professionals. Bookings are agreements between the customer and the provider; JIPI facilitates discovery, booking, secure payment, and reviews.

Accounts

You are responsible for the accuracy of the information in your account and for keeping your credentials secure. Providers must complete verification before accepting bookings.

Payments

Payments are processed by our payment provider. Charges, holds, and payouts follow the booking flow shown at the time of booking.
