JIPI is a marketplace that connects customers with local service professionals. To provide the service we process the personal data needed to create your account, match you with providers, handle bookings, and process payments.

What we process

• Account details: name, email address, and phone number.
• Booking details: the services you request, times, and locations you provide.
• Payment processing is handled by our payment provider; JIPI does not store full card numbers.
• Provider verification documents, for providers offering services on JIPI.
